Our incentive structure encourages users to think who may know a good candidate as well as who may be one. This results in a wide reach similar to searching through 3rd degree contacts on LinkedIn. This wide reach allows identifying great candidates. Two other things come into play. Firstly, only the candidates who are interested in the job will apply, so you will not need to waste time on candidates who may not want the job. Secondly, the referrer is compensates for successful referrals only and we keep track of reputation assigning a lower score to candidates from referrers who have been unsuccessful too often. This discourages referrals of unqualified candidates.
The search for the right candidate is a competition among referrers to suggest a qualified candidate before the position is closed. This encourages fast results. The motivation of the referrers is generally improved with a higher referral fee. Finally, getting traffic to your job post at TheJobStack through your own social media channels may be super helpful.
Each submitted resume is automatically analyzed to determine how well it fits the vacancy. Resumes with low match value can be filtered out. Additionally, we assign a score to each resume based on the reputation of the referrer. Candidates from referrers who have a high ratio of placements to referrals are assigned a higher score. Similarly, candidates from referrers whose candidates never get a job are assigned a lower scored. The candidates are sorted according to the score allowing you to see the best candidates without sifting through numerous resumes.
You pay after you hire a candidate. You have 30 days from the hire date to make the payment.
